About Me

I am an instructor at VCC in the department of Nursing. I teach in the clinical, lab and classroom settings.

I completed my Provincial Instructor Diploma (PIDP) through Vancouver Community College in 2018 and I am currently wrorking on my Certificate in E-Learning through the School of Instructor Education department at VCC.

I completed my Bachelors in the Science of Nursing (BScN) through University of Victoria (U-Vic BScN) in 2003 and went on to obtain my Masters degree in the science of Nursing (MScN) through the University of British Columbia (UBC MScN) completed in 2011. The foci of my MScN was Education and Research. I completed my thesis on “The Functions of Pregnancy in the Lives of British Columbia Street Involved Young Women in 2000” available at The Functions of Pregnancy In the Lives of British Columbia Street Involved Young Women in 2000

I will be applying to complete my PhD in Nursing through UBC in 2020.
